CHALLENGE As a mobile retailer without a physical store, Harrisons Carpet One needed to drive sales by phone. In order to do that, they needed to demonstrate quality and build trust. APPROACH We took this barrier to sale and turned it into a unique selling point – Carpet One brings their carpet to the customer’s door, allowing them to see how it will work within their own home, with their own furniture and surroundings. We accentuated the fact that the “Sale Happens at Your Place" throughout TVCs and print ads. We gave each ad a unique point of difference, often fashion-focused twists to reinforce the message that Carpet One offers not only competitive prices, but a stylish and premium product as well. OUTCOME Harrisons Carpet One TVCs and print ads have been repeatedly successful in keeping the phones ringing, despite the fact that the company operates as a mobile retailer. We continuously collaborate with Harrisons to develop new and innovative sales concepts for Carpet One.
