Investing in a digital development

CHALLENGE Hobsonville Workplace is a commercial business development located between Westgate, a $1billion town centre, and Hobsonville Point, a desirable mix of residential and retirement villages, parks, schools and a ferry wharf. Workspace had the location in one of Auckland’s fasted growing regions, now all they needed was a smart-looking website to get investors interested. APPROACH The brief was to develop a simple yet effective website. We built the website in WordPress around the key theme “Grow your business where Auckland is growing”. To keep the design fresh, we used bold image sliders which were complemented and enhanced by the sufficient use of negative space and a simple colour palette. Due to a high percentage of prospective clients on the move, we built the website with a responsive design for optimal viewing on any device – including mobile. OUTCOME The result was a clean, functional design that has proven to be popular with both real estate agents and investors.
