CHALLENGE Borneo Investments wanted to advertise Orchard Estate, a new subdivision in Kerikeri, to city-dwellers looking for an escape. Despite the estate being mid-development, the marketing had to reflect the end result. APPROACH We transformed the Orchard Estate into an appealing brand with an elegant, modern logo and used panoramic photos and alluring headlines to capture buyers and sell the benefits of life in subtropical Kerikeri. OUTCOME The imagery invited buyers to dream of another way of living, and the strong branding offered a solution. The campaign generated awareness, interest and sales despite a lull in the real estate market.
