CHALLENGE Plan-B, leading Kiwi-owned business continuity specialists, came to us for a fresh website. Their dark, dated, cluttered design was confusing for customers and didn’t do their business justice. APPROACH To appeal to busy buyers, we simplified navigation, colour-coded their services, clarified their benefits and included friendly interactive features. We used the teal from Plan-B’s logo to thread their branding through the site and added testimonials, news feeds and live statistics to establish credibility. OUTCOME By emphasising Plan-B’s brand qualities in a benefit-driven style, the new website has become an effective sales tool.
