CHALLENGE Zeacom is a Kiwi company doing big things in business communications technology on a global scale. But for a company based on innovation, Zeacom’s branding was blah. It didn’t convey their brand qualities, status in the market or key selling points. APPROACH We created the line, “Bring customers closer,” to express the benefits of their technology, and developed a sophisticated design device with a sense of energy and movement, innovation and creativity. OUTCOME The new look conveys Zeacom’s position as a global brand working at the frontier of technology. Sales have leapt, service has improved and more customers are being retained.
