CHALLENGE Canon had developed three solutions tailored to solve the most pressing needs of Australian SMEs. Our task was to create a direct mail piece to promote the solutions. APPROACH We created a personalised direct mail piece that leveraged the pain points of SMEs to capture their attention. The communication led the recipient on an interactive journey to identify which Canon solution their business needed. OUTCOME The direct mail grabbed the attention of the intended recipients and clearly articulated the benefits of Canon’s 3 solutions.
