Challenge: The key to David Forman’s success can be attributed to constantly keeping abreast of the latest trends in sales, leadership and personal effectiveness. So when they decided to introduce a new line of programmes, they knew they needed to refresh their website to coincide with the launch. Approach: As we designed David Forman’s original website, it was only natural that we saw them through their website refresh too. We updated the overall design for a more modern feel. We included impactful imagery and more compelling content to make the website more relatable to current and prospective customers. Outcome: The result is a more user-friendly website. There are now more points of engagement to draw users in and a new programme finder allows for better navigation, improving the overall UX of the David Forman site.
