CHALLENGE Godfreys, a leading NZ insurance loss adjustor, wanted to reward clients for their loyalty with Christmas gifts, but they wanted to stand out from the usual clutter of seasonal gratuities. APPROACH In the true spirit of Christmas mixed with BT magic, we devised an eDM campaign that took clients to an interactive web site where they could choose one of three covetous gifts OR Godfreys could make a donation on their behalf to the local Rescue Helicopter Trust. OUTCOME 100% positive feedback. A highly entertaining and memorable way to make clients feel good about Godfreys and themselves. The real winner – nearly $3,000 was donated to rescue helicopter trusts around NZ.
